Biden administration approves $107 million loan for Tesla graphite supplier

The U.S. unit of Australia's Syrah Resources will use the money to expand its facility in Vidalia, La. If finalized, this would represent the first loan from the agency’s Advanced Technology Vehicles Manufacturing Loan Program in more than decade.
