Nissan teases electric pickup in challenge to Tesla, Rivian

The automaker's Surf-Out concept is an activity vehicle with what appears to be an open cabin-back for easy access to the pickup bed. The tailgate is fully digitalized for lighting as well as messaging. A sleek canopy can be pulled over the cargo space.
