VW: Sales picking up across industry after blow

The head of VW's China operations expects industry sales to rise to 1 million in March, up from 250,000 in February when the coronavirus outbreak depressed volume. While most of VW's factories have resumed output, the company's assembly plants in Changsha and Urumqi remain closed.
