Tesla labor practices, Musk tweet broke law, judge rules

The EV maker illegally threatened and retaliated against employees, an administrative law judge in California ruled Friday. A May 2018 tweet sent by CEO Elon Musk, suggesting employees who chose to join a union would give up company-paid stock options, was also cited by the judge.
